R & R (Rules & Regulations) for
Employee/Agent/Consultant/Freelancer/leader :
a). Opening of One User Id per Adhaar /Voting Card & PAN number per Matrix.
b). All transaction will be done, in either way direct online transaction between firm’s account & User ID. Where Hard Cash or By hand cash deposit is not allowed, its illegal.
c). User Id/ employee/Agent is bound to obey direction/order issued by Firm or by Firms senior.
d). If anyone found in any type of illegal or fraudulent activities, post-employment is liable to legal action with financial penalty, along termination of its ID. Then such user ID considered as defaulted, will be operated directly by the Firm, for rest period.
e). All employee/agent is bound to deal with public humbly & politely, while Selling or marketing of Firm’s products or services.
f). All Employee/Agent/consultant/Freelancer/leader must stand to /value the Vision of Firm i.e ..
* Working for welfare cause “Creation of Employment & Self-financial Growth.
* to Stand/Strive/Serve “HUMANITY & TRUTH”, irrespective of anything, to sustain WELFARE STATE, of Harmony/Peace/Prosperity.
g). Clearance of payouts/commission of each user ID of 1st level payout on every 15th of the month & of 2nd level payouts on every 30th of the month.
h) Swipe is admissible for re top up or opening of new user Id account by exiting user id from his/her wallet.
i). Pledge to serve Firm sincerely, Honestly & Trustfully, and for Self-Financial growth to sustain esteem dignity, along financial independability.
k). On selling of firm product or service of different sector in different section in direct selling will draw 3% commission of net profit earned to the Firm per product or service sell by user id , these products or services will be listed for selling/will be given in due course or later to sales & marketing team on their respective mail ID or will be mentioned on upcoming sites on it.
l). Employee/Agent/Consultant/Freelancer/leader r bound Not to indulge directly in political activities & must not aligned to any political or group involved in anti-national activities & those working against "Humanity & Truth”, and against Firm Policy & system.
m). Corporate laws r applicable.
n). Firm/Co not Liable /will not give any financial assistance, means any TA & DA, PF, HRA & TRANSPORTION Charges, as reason Employee/ Agent/consultant/Freelancer/leader r Employed OFF ROLL & r on Commission, along Targets based job profile of Sales & Marketing as Agent/consultant/Freelancer/leader of the Firm.
o). Person on age or above 18 age Liable to serve Firm/ Co.
p). Investment once done not refundable & Non-cancelable.
q). Investment or Booking is liable to applicable GST & AMC.
m). Primarily as beginner/agent have to induct/join people/unemployed youth to employment to the firm for sales & Marketing operations & parallely induct/enroll for for Skill E courses, which is mandatory for employment to the Firm, as to work as Employee/ Agent/consultant/Freelancer/leader.
n). ***Note :
1.TARGET & Commission (one time) of core team fixed, IN ADDITION to MATRIX LEVEL PER ID COMMISSION.
* State Core leader Rs.50-100 /ID>> TARGET =5668704 ID/yr.
* Regional/District leader Rs.50-70 /ID >> TARGET =1889568 ID/yr.
2. On Completion of target of 10000 ID one state/regional office by the Firm for state/regional leader plus One Vehicle, but expenses of running office, filling of fuel & maintenance of office will be bear by State/regional leader.
3. On maintaining level of 5000 ID in particular month will get additional income as royalty income Rs.50 /ID to that of total ID joined by that particular user id in that particular month, one time.
4. This Commission of the leader/freelancer will be released at the end of every 3 month/means quarterly.
